Too Much Sitting Make Ass Bigger

Lots of food and lack of exercise are the main factors trigger obesity
in general. However, obesity in particular section is also associated
with other factors, such as in the buttocks that is triggered by the
habit of sitting too long.

The pressure is constant and continuous in the butt believed helped
trigger a heap of fat that makes the part look wider. Someone who
normally does sit a lot less mobile, but in this case the pressure is
more dominant factor triggering obesity in the buttocks.

Before the fat is formed, the network's bottom has a fat candidates
called preadiposit cells. The speed will change the body fat into fat
cells is influenced by many factors, one of which is the pressure when
sitting or lying down with a certain position.

Parts of the body under pressure constantly greater fat deposits tend to
form more quickly than other parts. That is why, someone who always sits
all day will have an ass as wide as they are only occasional sitting.

The theory is proved by Prof. Amit Gefen, an obesity expert from Tel
Aviv University recently. He observed the formation of body fat tissue
in a number of people with paralysis due to injury and then suffered
spinal cord damage.

The paralysis patients generally only able to sit all day, others could
only lie down. Compared to other body parts, fat tissue was observed
more rapidly formed on the body that receive continuous pressure such as
the buttocks.

"There are a lot of obesity is not just a matter of balancing calories.
Fat cells form a triglyceride (fat component of the most widely
stockpiled in obese people) more when the cells are under pressure,"
Prof. Gefen ugnkap as quoted by the Telegraph, Tuesday (12/06/2011) .
